Editorial Standards

The Delhi Brass Journal exists to help you make confident, expensive-once decisions about lighting and bespoke metalwork. Here is how we keep it trustworthy.

Who writes it

Every article is written by a named member of the Delhi Brass team — not anonymous freelancers. Buyer guides and lighting pieces come from our directors and design lead; metalwork and technical pieces come from the people who actually run the floor. You can see each author's experience on their profile.

Expert review

Any article that makes a technical, sizing or product claim is reviewed by one of our directors — Vikram Khullar for metalwork and finishing, Hemant Khullar for lighting — before it is published.

How we source

Product details, names and specifications are pulled live from our own catalogue, never invented. We research what buyers are actually asking on Google before we write, so our guides answer real questions. We do not publish specific prices in articles — our made-to-order pricing is quoted per project — and we never invent customer quotes or project claims.

Images

When an article recommends a specific product, we show the real piece from our catalogue. For room scenes and metalwork concepts we cannot photograph, we use our own editorial imagery — clearly our own creative work, and never passed off as a photograph of a delivered project.

Freshness

Every article shows a published and a last-updated date. We revisit and refresh our guides as our range, finishes and the market change.

Why trust Delhi Brass

We are a fourth-generation Delhi house making decorative lighting and architectural metalwork to order, with our own workshop — CNC, lathe, casting and in-house finishing. The people writing these guides are the people making the work.
